Tim joined the D&L Packaging team in 2012 as part of our sales team. Since joining us Tim has developed into our VacPack specialist with a great knowledge of Vacuum Packing, Tray Sealing, Cook Chill and our general food service consumables.
Over these years we have developed our VacPack brand and run the 2 companies’ side by side.
Anything you require in terms of MAP and specialised barrier food packaging Tim is the man to help.
Tim has had a varied path to get to where he is today having left school to complete a Diploma in Fitness Training but never practicing this as a profession. He instead progressed on from his part-time job as a truck driver to manage a furniture delivery business with multiple trucks on the road servicing retail furniture shop delivery contracts. Then finally before joining us Tim worked in the security industry becoming Technical Support for Paradox and Inner Range access control systems.
Tim has always been a keen sportsman growing up playing Football, Touch and any other sport he could get involved with before deciding on his chosen sport of AFL and even going on to represent New Zealand.
A keen supporter of the Hurricanes, Titans and All Blacks Tim is always encouraging his fiancé Tamsyn and the 4 kids to put on the team’s colours and get along to as many games as they can or sit at home to yell at the TV
